Renew account

    Can we renew our account with a Purchase Order our must our payment be received in order to renew?  This is a college and we just discovered we need to renew and are fearful of loosing all of our forms before our payment is sent (which could take a minimum of two weeks).

    If you are upgrading/renewing your subscription via purchase order, the effect of the upgrade or renewal to your account is when we have verified and received the payment you have sent. As per checking, your account (AdmissionsNCCC) is currently on Free Plan. All your forms and data will not be deleted and will still be accessible. However, incoming/new submission/storage of your forms will use the Free Plan limits.
