Can you provide us more details regarding your issue? You are trying to delete one submission on your form but deleted all of the submission of your form? The form you mentioned currently has 32 submissions.
Please note that in JotForm, deleted submission cannot be retrieved back again. This is the reason why a confirmation message is displayed when deleting a submission.
If you have setup an email notification to your form, we can trace back the data by checking your account's email history. To check your account's email history, you can check this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
