I have tried repeatedly to ask for assistance to resolve this issue. I have responded with pictures of my problems but no resolve. I can not work if customers can not reach me. My forms are disabled and you will not help me. I am cancelling my service to you. Even after paying you $19.00 I still am locked out after several hours. I now have a subscription with www.formsite.com and they are amazing to work with!!
