Auto Responder Emails are not sending

     ON the form: https://form.jotformpro.com/jmaples/meat-bundle-loss-report 

    I had 1 Notification Email set up, and 2 auto-responder emails set up. The Notification email was sending fine. However, the auto-responder emails are not sending. I deleted the Notification email and tried again, and still nothing is coming through.

    Also, I have two email fields in the form, and the auto responder is only showing me an option to select one of them: {lpemail}. However, I'd like to have the email sent to {locationemail}. But it doesn't give me opportunity to select it. I had to go to the fields details on the builder and copy the code for {locationemail} to see if that would work. Still nothing.

    Your email autoresponder are set to send conditionally:

    Only the address in the condition will receive the autoresponder and only if the condition is met.  If you want the autoresponders to trigger the the address you have set in the form every time the form is submitted, delete the conditions associated with your autoresponder.

    There are also quite a few conditions associated with fields that have been deleted:

    I would recommend deleting those as well.
