Can we customize the link to our JotForm form?

When it comes times to distribute my form to users I can either email it with a link to the form or I'm assuming I can embed some HTML code on a public site. Is this correct?

 

If sending the form via email is there any way to change the URL that the person receives? I worry we won't get a lot of clicks because our end users will not recognize the URL and not click on it.

Yes, it's indeed possible to use a custom URL, there are two ways to achieve it: 

1. Using custom form URL: This will use your account username and will also allow you to set a custom name instead of using the form ID; however, this will still use the JotForm domain to display your form. 2. Using custom domain: This will allow you to change the domain used to load your form, instead of using "jotform.com" you will be able to use your custom domain and the form ID.
