I believe I have set up my forms to send anyone who registers for my events an email telling them their registration has been received. Yet, it seems none of them are receiving the email! Please help!!!

That's because you have selected the Full Name field as the Recipient in the autoresponder email which is incorrect. You should choose the email field.
Please correct your settings to fix the problem.
