How do I get the jotform branding on the bottom of my form page to not show up?

On the bottom of my form with my free account, there is a small banner that says information and get your jotform page FREE.  However, I would prefer that this not show on my form.  If I upgraded to the next paying level at $19.00 per month, would this still be at the bottom of my jotform page?  I want my page to look at professional as possible with the information and videos I have on that page.

No it won't be there anymore. If you are on any premium plan it will be automatically removed or can be manually removed.
