I have been associated with you over several years and at the start, I had access to a number of forms per month.

Are you referring to the number of months you can have active on your account?

Please note that a new limit has been implemented, you can check the new limits on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

For free accounts, only 5 forms can be active at the same time.

Since your account was created before the limit was implemented, your existing forms are still active, but you would need to disable or archive some of them if you need to create a new one.

You may also provide us more details about your matter, we will be glad to help you.

Hello Boyd - Looks like your reply didn't reach our Support Forum so I'll just paste it here for reference:

My account was boyd.ackland@amnet.net.au.   This has been idle for some time due to illness.

I only need forms irregularly and not many on each time.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    cheers Boyd

There are no accounts under that email (boyd.ackland@amnet.net.au). Your account with us is:

    Username: boydackland

    Email: boyd.ackland1@icloud.com

Like my colleague explained, you can either ARCHIVE or DISABLE unneeded forms on your account to make room for more. We only count the number of "enabled" forms towards your Form Count Limit.

Disabling/archiving a form will exclude it from the count. Once you have less than 5 enabled forms, you should be able to create 1 more.
