Purchase Order: Some items do not show the discounted price

    I just added a 15% coupon on several of my order forms.  In one case, when someone enters the valid coupon code, a couple items do not show the discounted price. However, if I enter a quantity for the item, it does use the discounted price and display that price.  See screenshot below.

    I'd like it to show the discounted price when the coupon was entered, like all the other items, whether or not the item was ordered.  How do I make this happen?

    I checked the site you have provided (http://www.madsails.com/gear.html) and I assume that you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.com/52265902147959). As per further checking, the coupon code seems working fine on your form. It displays the discounted price when I entered the coupon code even if it was unchecked or the item was not ordered.

     

    However, if you mean something else or if you are referring to a different form, please provide us the form so that we can check again.

    Please look more closely at my question. I said it was not working for a subset of items and gave you a picture of the screen showing 2 items (with red arrows) where that was the case.

    I checked again your form and I was able to see the issue you are reporting. The discount seems to be not working on a simple product setup (i.e Boom Whoopie,  FS Heavy Air Battens (Top 2) product).

    The discount is reflected or displayed only when you change the value of the quantity of the product.

    I will have to escalate the issue to our development team for further investigation. We will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue.

    This bug causes incorrect information to be displayed.  It should be treated as a high priority.  Please let me know if the developers are working on it.  Thank you.
