Can you share your website URL with so we can check? Also, please be more specific on which parts/sections of are not updating on your website.
Change done on your form should reflect on page reload. The only time it won't happen like that is when you used the Full Source Code as your embed method.

To test the form embedded for updates, I updated the form in your system, but its not reflected in the embedded form.
Here is the form on my website: http://www.diversifiedfinancegroup.com/agent-training.html
Here is the form in jotform: https://form.jotform.com/72556502384155

This is not an embedded form. I checked the link you provided and I can see that you are using the Source Code.
The form fields and structure are not being pulled from our servers. It means that the changes you made in the Form Builder will not reflect on the page you provided.
You will need to download the Full Source Code again and upload it to your web servers. Here's a guide: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.
Please take note that you need to do this everytime you make changes in the form.
Hope that helps. Thank you.

The way to update the changes made in your form is to download the Source code again and upload it again to your domain.
That's the only way to have the form up to date with changes.
Thank you!
