Trying to log in to account but it's showing a "Login failed - SUSPENDED" warning message

    my account wemzone@gmail.com suspend. It's related to my client. Please help.

    Your account was suspended due to having *Username and Password field on one of your forms which is not allowed in our policy.

    How do I fix the wrong form? And how will my account be active again?

    I have reactivated your account. Please remove the Username/Password field as it will be detected as Phising.Trying to log in to account but its showing a Login failed   SUSPENDED warning message Image 1 Screenshot 20

    You should be able to login now since it is already active.

    Hello,

     

    I've had the same issue with a password field in my form. Can my account be reactivated? I can update the form to be within guidelines.
