Form questions are missing

    Hi our forms are not loading correctly, the questions are missing, though the form has been working previously.

     

    Do you have any idea why this could be?

    It looks like the form was corrupted somehow. If you use your form history you will see what changed that caused this problem. Also you can revert to a previous working state.

    Thanks reverting to earlier versions made no difference, also if you fill out the form without being able to view the questions, the questions appear on the emailed receipt the user gets, not all users are experiencing the issue though, but most are, any ideas what could be the cause?

    I checked the form and I was able to see the problem as well.

    The field questions/labels were not visible because they have the same color with the form background color.

    To fix, you can change the labels font color to a different color (i.e. black) to make them visible.
