Payment Field Message

Also i'm not sure what this payment field message is. I have never seen this on any of my other forms. What does this mean? (Pic attached)

The message displayed in the payment field means that the field is displayed on your form. Some users prefer the payment field to be hidden if they are just only selling one product. So if you have only one product on your Payment field, you have the option to hide the field on the form.

 If you have more than one product, this message will not be displayed.
