Do all forms have to be single field questions?

Hi, I am a brand new user of your product and was wanting to build a form with multiple fields on one page.  When attempting to use the form builder it seems to want to have one question at a time with the user then having to click next after each question.

Some of your templates seem to have the multiple field forms (makes it look like a paper form you are completing) but I cannot see how to create these.

Do all forms when being completed go through this question, next button, question next button paradigm?

Also the interface in all of your learning videos seem to be quite different to what I am getting online.  Is this a change or am I just not looking in the right place?

    Thanks

When using the new form layout, all questions will be on a single page.  To revert to the old form layout you see in our guides and instructional videos, you can disable the new form layout in the account settings page:

You can also convert already created forms while editing them by enabling the legacy layout:

This can be found under "Settings", then "Form Settings" near the very bottom of the options.
