URGENT ISSUE - Paid for yearly subscription but still showing free - NO forms submitting

    I need some help with this, we use these forms for our patient registration! No patients can pre-register because its saying "Quota Exceeded" we paid for Bronze for a year and its not showing. i sent the email receipt to your support@jotform.com
