I am receiving a PayPal - Things don't appear to be working message at this moment. Please try again later.
Is this error from JotForm or PayPal? I have up to 1,000 payments per month.

I cloned your form to test it and I am unable to reproduce the issue:
My clone redirects to PayPal as it should. This is with no modifications being made to the form.
I would recommend contacting PayPal to see if there are any issues with your account or restrictions. Your form should be working as it is set up.

PayPal can trigger errors on their side from time to time. It should not affect your customers regular checkout flow.
Please contact PayPal regarding this issue.
