Required fields are not required / Hint text not showing

I've seen this question asked before, but I think I've got different circumstances than the others as I'm using customized forms and not simply ebedding one.

Hi, I noticed that you are using your form's HTML code.  Have you tried to embed the form using an iFrame?  Here is an article that may give you more useful information.  Let me know if that helps!

It has to be a highly stylized form that can't really be built in the JotForm interface, so I'm afraid embedding isn't an option for me :/ I've added my own hinting text effect to it which solves that problem, but it's still not catching empty required fields/validation.

    @ jginteractive

I would recommend you to place the form's source code (not the embed one) in between <iframe></iframe> HTML tags

why? because some other JS libraries in your webpage might be interfering with form's libraries, and these might be disabling the required field validation, give it a try and let us know.

I tried checking on your webiste using this given URL https://fb.johngroupinteractive.com/pet/15193_EndlessSummerEntryform/formpage.php

The page itself would not load completely as there is some script errors encountered. You could see them on the browser console.

Eventually, you will need to address this script conflict if you do prefer using the script source code since you need it to customize the form and the page.

    Thanks.
