Is it possible to dynamically populate form fields?

    Hi, is it possible to generate unique form for each "user"?

    e.g. I would send an email to customer with unique link to Jotform.

    When client clicks on that link, it will take him to the form that is half way populated, let's say 5 fields are already pre-populated and rest of them have to be filled by client. These 5 fields are unique to each client.

    Every customer would get unique url to this form that would automatically populate 5 fields based on that specific customer.

    Sort of like Purls but in reality I want to create one form.

    You may consider trying a Spreadsheet to Form widget. You will need to email just a unique code to each user so they will be able to use them in order to populate the form fields. Please see the next guide:
