My form says I have exceeded my submission limit

My form says I have exceeded my submission limit. I have deleted and purged all my submissions and it still shows submission limit exceeded. I have emptied my trash. I have deleted my archive and still the same. Any help please as it is blocked people using my account

Upon checking, I can see that you currently have 167 submissions for this month. Please take note that deleting the submission will not clear or decrease the submission counter.

Under the Free plan, you only have 100 submissions per month. The submission counter resets every 1st day of the month. It means that it will go back to "0" on October 1, 2017.

You can upgrade your subscription now or you can wait for the counter to reset.
