I just signed up for jotform for a client of mine and we've been getting spammed, seemingly by the same group of people. Can you block them or their IP address? I've also enabled the strict filtering that prevents spammers from sending multiple messages from the same IP, but it doesn't seem to be working either. The spam (mixed in with a few legitimate form submissions) is hitting our Contact Form only, which is on our Contact Page of the website at the bottom of the page (it isnot the Request an Estimate form on the top right as this is a custom form not created in jotform).

By the way, the ones that are spam typically don't have any comments or nonsense comments, such as a bunch of letters.Submission Date2012-08-30 00:25:22IP188.8.131.52Full NamePatsy RublePhone Number(770) 4647766Zip Code30279

You cannot block them by IP address, but if you think they are spam bots you can add a captcha field to your form. It is under Power Tools toolbox on the form builder.

I have the same problem. There is a captcha field on my form. It would be really nice to be able to block the email address.
