    Issues with my account - billing

    Hi,

     

    My username is:  mysmg

    My email is:  eric@sachsmarketinggroup.com

     

    I received an eamil from Plimus that they were unable to process my credit card.  I contacted Jotform and was told that you moved to a different payment system and that I could just enter my CC info on the new system.  I did that and I was billed my monthly fee ($9.95) on 8/27.

     

    Today I received two emails:

     

    1.  From Plimus stating that my Jotform service had been cancelled(I wasn't worried about this emial based on the communication I had with Jotform a couple days ago)

    2.  From Jotform stating that my account has been downgraded.  (I AM worried about this email)

     

    Please let me know what's going on with my account ASAP.  Thank you.

    Hi Eric;

    I have checked on your account and confirmed that you have made payment via fast spring for Premium acciount. This account was though not upgraded because the account username was not tallying the one used in this payment.Your username is: mysmg

    I have manually upgraded your account to Premium. Please logout out and relogin to your account to confirm if this has been effected.

    I'm confused about something though. I'm set up on monthly billing with Fastspring. Are you telling me that I will have this problem again next month? If I click on the link below and sign up for monthly billing again, I'll be charged again for this month right?
    What shall I do? I don't want to be billed twice. Are you canceling the auto bill for the account I set up on 8/27?

    No. I have already updated your records and this may not occur if you had created recurring payment to happen every month.

    This was a reminder just incase you didn't choose recurring payment. Thanks for contacting us.
