Is there a way to use a form to give my customers who are on a subscription the ability to update their card information stored in Stripe? Or am I getting into developer level stuff?

I don't think this is possible in our Stripe payment integration. I find no way to do this in the form. A workaround would be to cancel the subscription to your Stripe account then ask the customer to submit a new payment in the form.
