Why is the "Jotform Branding" visible on the form in our site?

Hi, we need help with this problem.. 

Why is the "jotform- sign" visible on our site?

The Jotform Branding that you see below your form(s) can be disabled once the account is upgraded to any of our paid subscriptions. Right now, it is visible on your form(s) since you are on a free subscription. If this should not be correct, please let us know and give us more details.
