Pricing plan questions

Hi there,

Our school is researching online form builders and I have a couple of quick questions about your pricing. Are the form/submission limits per month?

Also, how many users does each of the plans include? We have several departments within our school that may want to use jotform, so I'm wondering if one person has to create all of these forms or if a few different people can use the same account?

Are the form/submission limits per month? 

Yes, the submission limit is per month. The submission counter resets every 1st day of the month. For more information, please check our Pricing page.

Also, how many users does each of the plans include? 

Here's the number of sub-users you can have for each plan:

Free/Starter plan = 1 sub-user
Bronze plan = 3 sub-users
Silver plan = 10 sub-users
Gold plan = 100 sub-users

It is possible to add sub-user under the main account. A sub-user can view the submissions and edit the forms. Please refer to this guide for more details: How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.
