Email notifications not working

    Hi - I'm receiving notifications at my primary email address but not at the additional addresses. I especially want an email to go to:  

    (this should be an easy and effective way to integrate jotform with lessannoyingcrm - if this works it should create a user account along with a record of the form in 1 easy step).

    Here's the form:


    Here's how notification emails are set:

    Notification 1
    Sender Name: Inventor Name
    Reply-to Email: E-Mail
    Recipient Emails:

    Your email address is not blocked on our end, all the emails are supposed to be sent.

    We allow multiple email notifications and autoresponders on forms. So what you can try is to add an additional email notification with a single email recipient.
