Hello I'm trying to add a 2nd "submit" called Admin so we can process RSVP via our form without requiring payment.

    Both "submit" transfer to PayPal

    form: https://form.jotform.co/BaysideHC/BHCPresNight

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

but on this other form, ( summer hockey) I set it up with pay now and pay later.

pay now takes you to PayPal and pay later just submits the form.

    Form: https://www.jotform.com/build/72473002384855

For the life of me, I cant get it to work on the presentation night form

    Thanks

In your working form, you used two form collapse fields:

And in each section, you inserted the submit buttons:

    Hope it helps.

If you have any further questions please let us know.

    Thank you!

I retried this and it hasn't worked, is there any other way to manual add info into the form form by admin

The form will not redirect to PayPal when the total amount is 0.00. So, it is possible to add a product with 0.00 price for admin submissions.

Is this something that might work in your case?

Submitted form entries can be edited (see the next guide), but the PayPal payment field will be in read-only format on already submitted entries.
