Users are not getting email autoresponders

My folks who are entering our event are saying they are NOT getting their email confirmation. I use the Autoresponder to go out to them when they make a submission. How long should it take for them to receive this email??

The emails are usually sent immediately. Provide us with a form link or name, so we will be able to take a look.
