How can i change the background format and colour of the form

Hi, below is a link to my form. How can I play around with the background colour which is predetermined in the template.

You can change the background color inside of the Form Designer. You can change the Color Scheme, Page Color and Form Color.

You can also change the background color inside of the Advanced Designer.
