I have a problem with sharing my form

I have created a form and I seem to have a problem with editing and sharing this form via regular IP. I CAN use a VPN to edit my form and my form sharing link can be opened using a VPN. However, without a VPN, editing page and shared link to the form cannot be accessed. I wonder if there is a restriction to the country IPs that can access to my form and if there is such thing, what could be done to edit and share my form considering applicants from my country would have the same problem.

There should be no problem sharing and editing forms. I tried the edit form link with my IP and I was able to access it on my end. May we know why you are using VPN in editing the form? What country or location where you have encountered troubles in editing the form? May we know their IP's so that we can also check?
