Email notification: There is a colon on each line of the address field value

    Thanks for the reply regarding removing the JotForm link, but now it seems another problem has cropped up and I can't find an answer.

    When a user completes a submission, it's received by the selected office, yet when printed the fields shown at the right are preceded with a colon.

    Are they there as a permanent fixture or is there a way to get rid of them?

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The notification email added ":" colon on each line of the Address field. Here's a screenshot:

    I tried creating a new notification email and I am still getting the ":" in the Address field. 

    I will escalate this issue to our developers so they can investigate it further. We will contact you again on this thread once we have an update.

    Update: Please try this workaround. Edit the Address field value in the notification email and add the field ID of the Address Line 1 and City. Here's what it should look like:
