Why was my account suspended?

    Can someone explain to me why my account was suspended without notice? I did not receive any emails or warning that my account would be suspended.  A client was trying to fill out an application and that's how I found out my forms were gone. Please advise

    You account is suspended because of the Automatic Payment Form. Inside of this form you added the fields that are used to collect credit card info and that is against Jotform Terms of use.

    Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form is created or Jotform is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

    Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information and cannot be collected on plain text fields. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.

    In order to activate your account, it is required to agree to our Terms. Also, mentioned fields have to be deleted from the form.

    Let us know if you agree with our Terms of use and we will delete mentioned fields and activate your account.
