I can't receive notification

    Hi.

    For titled "Expert Resume Pros: Resume Questionnaire Form" dated Submission Date 2017-09-14 09:46:24. 

    When some customers fill out this form or any other form, sometimes we never receive a a forwarded email with the form. So we never know that a form was filled out. We checked our spam folder and they do not even go there.

     

    Why?

    I have checked the form on your website with the ID 71215387375965 to see if it the recipient for this form is on the bounce list but it is not. 

    The email history also shows that the notifications are sent successfully to the recipient. 

     

    As to the "Expert Resume Pros: Resume Questionnaire Form" you have mentioned, the recipient is set to following email address:

    However, the notification above is a conditional notification but the email in the condition is different from the one above. Probably, you have changed the recipient email in notification setting without updating the related condition.

    When the condition above is met the notifications are sent to the email address in the condition but not to the recipient in the notification setting. I tested this on your form and my submission was sent to this email address:

    But was not sent to the email in the notification setting.

    Please delete the aforementioned condition, create a new one and see if the problem is resolved.
