Request for information

Dear all,

I’m work as bounty hunter in investment firm.

I would like to check new form that helps me with my common day job.

Right now I’m publish in many site (LinkedIn, university and by mail and get the result by Google form.

I found that Google form is very poor by design and by the creative and for dynamic form.

I wonder if your company could offer me new way to use

I am looking for:

1.      Dynamic Form

2.      Design and easy to design

3.      Could send short URL to users (by email for example)

4.      SSL protect.

I very appreciate your response and I will be very happy to find new form  to use.
