Would you be so kind to explain me the steps to downgrade my account?
I would like the billing to stop as I don't need the extra premium subscription anymore.
How long does it take?

I have checked your account and see it is already scheduled to downgrade by the end of the current subscription period i.e., 30-Sep-2017. Also, I notice that the account is currently occupying about 900MB. Please note that the Free subscription accounts are allowed to store only 100MB of files. So, it is required for you to delete the submissions that are uploaded with files. Please note that the submissions once deleted cannot be restored in anyway.
