How long does it take for a confirmed a submission to show up in my paypal account?

    Hello JotForm Team,

    How long does it take for a  confirmed a submission to show up in my paypal account?

    Also, can I make it so the submission automatically confirms and send the payment automatically to paypal?

    The payment should be immediate if the user finished the paying process. I checked your form and everything seems fine regarding the payment integration. I see four submissions with payments there.

    Did you check with PayPal what seems to be the problem?

    Yes, I see the 4 submissions but have not received any of the money in my Paypal as of yet. How dose the user complete the payment process?

    I realized recently that we had entered the wrong email for my paypal credentials on the integration form. I updated that email. 3 of the 4 submissions finalized under the incorrect paypal credentials.

    Well, that must be the issue. 

    Users are redirected upon submitting your form to PayPal to finish the payment, once they finish paying in PayPal they will see the Thank you page and then the form is actually submitted.

    Hi Nik,

    We are still not seeing our submission payments in our Paypal account even though, our customers are receiving confirmation. We are troubleshooting with paypal but have you seen something like this before?

    I'm sorry to hear that. If the mentioned payments are 

    If the mentioned payments are those from the submissions that you received. Then the payments should be in PayPal. As I mentioned earlier, you will receive the submission once the payment is finished through PayPal. That is the moment when the submission is complete.

    If the user fills the form and upon submitting is redirected to PayPal but decides to close the window, for example, and therefore he doesn't pay, that submission will appear in your Incomplete submissions page (https://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments). But I checked that and there isn't any. 

    So let's see what will the PayPal Support say regarding those payments.
