Linking JotForm to Zoom

I'm just not understanding the form fields to grab and need direction, please.

These are the submission's metadata, e.g. user's IP, submissions date, submissions ID, form ID and etc.

These are the fields from your form and the ones you need to map if you want to capture the form fields value. Take note that all the form fields including the static elements like header, text and submit buttons are also listed. You can easily identify them by looking at the gray labels. Check the annotations below.
