Increasing Form Limits

Hi I went on your "Get More" page to increase my form limits.  I clicked on "Share Jotform on Facebook" and shared it, and also "Like Jotform on Facebook" and liked it, but my account still shows no increase. 

I received a message from someone on your forum suggesting that I log out of both apps, and then log in to Jotform and try it again.  I did this, but still have not seen an increase.
