We have an encrypted form that requires a key for us to open but now it is not letting us open it. Usually when we
try to view the submission it asks us to enter the key but now its not
working and is just blank. The email we receive is a bunch of jumbled letters that we cannot read. Can someone please help us with this?

    Thank you so much.

Please try using a different browser. Also, note that there are some features that get disabled when you turn on the encryption feature, and email notifications is one of them:

Some of the features that are not available for Encrypted Forms are: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).
