In the UK, we have a variety of landline telephone number formats, e.g.:

    0117 912 3456

    01234 567890

    01234 56789

Is there a way to set a mask to take all these variables into account?

Unfortunately, you need to create a different Short Text Entry field for different phone number format. After that, you will need to add an option and show/hide fields condition.

    Here's a demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/72608528847973

In the demo form, I have added a drop-down field with an option of 10 digit and 11 digit phone number. I also added 2 Short Text Entry field that will show only after choosing an option in the drop-down field.
