Upon entering data in the jotform questionnaire and validating this data, we get the error message "Incomplete Value - Email field can only contain a valid email address:"
However, we do not have to fill in an email address in the questionnaire.
We have 4 promo actions running where we do data collecting at this very moment and they all have the same issue.
This question is very urgent because the succes of our promo actions depends on it.
If you could look into this with urgency that would be greatly appreciated.
