I cloned the form and rearranged it so there is only 1 signature for all 3 pieces, and it is at the end. That seems to have worked and I was able to sign the form. End result was I got a summary of the info entered, with a line at the bottom saying it was signed on docusign. On my docusign account, I received a page with the signature only and envelope id. But the details of the actual agreement are not included anywhere on the submissions details that I can see, so it doesn't show what the are signing, just the info they entered.
On the original tutorial video I watched on how to do this, it looks like it was done on the legacy format, and in the end, it came back as the full detailed form with all info they entered and all written agreements on the same page as the digital signature. So I tried to go back to the legacy format, and the docusign widget is still not working on the legacy format.
Is it possible to get a complete detailed form with the agreements, detaild entered, and signature on the new form layout? Or is the legacy layout what I need to use to accomplish that? If so, the widget needs fixed on the legacy layout, or I need further guidance on how to accomplish what I need.
In the end, I need to be able to send the signed agreements to the employer to authorize payroll deductions being agreed to on these forms, and I'm concerned they will reject the authorizations they way they are currently coming through after being submitted.
But I think we're getting closer!
