form not showing on cellphones/mobile devices

Hi, I created an order form in Jotform which sits on my FB page. But I have found out that neither the link "contact Us" or the form show up on a cellphone although they are find on a computer or tablet.

Please help as I am losing orders becasue of this. People love my product but can't order via their cellphones.

Can you please try use the iFrame embed code ?

If still not working, try clearing/debugging your facebook cache to update your form. https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

E o meu maior problema é que as edições dos meus envios dos formulários estão sendo duplicadas !
