Edited submissions are being duplicated

URGENT, Upload issues are being duplicated !!! And another problem: The Jotform support contact tabs are not working

All my edits of submitted submissions, this on any form is being duplicated!

And another problem is that when trying to contact you through the link: https://www.jotform.com/contact and click on Post Question it redirects me to this link: https: //jcm/submit.php

Just try to edit some submission and you will see it was duplicated!

Could you check once again and let us know if you notice any further issue? We will be happy to take a look again.
