My notification emails have stopped sending

    I am no longer receiving my notification emails. No changes were made. I tried sending test emails in the form edit window and it doesn't work. Please advise.

    Also, why is it indicating that there are 49 of 100 submissions when I have deleted all submissions (from the trash, as well)?

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your email address was in the bounce list and i have manually removed it, should be working fine by now. Can you please change the Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com as shown below?

    Deleting your current submissions won't change the monthly submissions count. For all users, the counts will automatically reset to zero on the 1st day of every month.
