How to display the submissions in a calendar view?

I'm finding that jotform as I have it set up now is difficult for my instructors to access and generate rosters from because there are so many factors.

Do you have a system in place where we could visually see registrations in a calendar format showing how many kids are registered on any particular day and by the month? Rather than having to export into Excel with all the layers of information along with it?

Also, I need to put limits on registration and it would be nice for parents to see when there are 3 spots left and for there there to be an internal counter when a class is full for registration to automatically close.

As we grow and service almost 120 kids a week, it's getting harder and harder for me to manage. I need more helping tools and I really don't want to set up another service. Jotform is a nicely oiled wheel for us, I just need more aspects to make my admin easier.

I would also like it if parents could have an account and not have to fill in their child's info every time...they are busy too :)

You may generate a calendar report for the form to display the submissions in a calendar view. Please see if that works for you by referring to the guide below:

It's possible to limit the spots by using one of the widgets based on your requirement. Once the allotted slots are completed, the user will not be able to select the slot. Please check the following widgets and give it a try.
