I have set up a form for a client and I received this query from her today and not sure how to proceed -
"We have had notification from a client saying that she was unable to send a repeat prescription order through our website?
She said that it kept saying error and also email invalid?
The client's name is Thomson with Chloe."

This message appears when there was a spelling mistake in the email field:
Here the email should be email@example.com for example.
