Inconsistent reporting on email submission vs pdf submission

    Hello,

    I created a form for women and then duplicated and made a few revisions for men.

    When submissions are made - I get an emailed notification, but the questions are still showing as the women's version (dress size, bra size, etc.), but the pdf submission has it correct.

    It is easy to compare the two side by side in the screenshot attached if you start comparing after height.

    Is there a way to update the email notification to show accurately what the form is asking and reporting?

    Based on the screenshot you provided Email Notification of the original form was customized. When you edited the cloned form the Email Notification was not updated because email template was customized. 

    To resolve this issue, I would suggest you to deleted the existing Email Notification inside of the cloned form and to create a new Email Notification.
