Too many submissions?

I am conducting an online vote for about 200 people and after 61 submissions, it says rate exceeded---try again later.

This has never happened to me before.

What should I do?

I checked this form: https://www.jotform.com/42646166873969 and I did a test submission, but I wasn't able to replicate this problem. Also, your limits are completely fine, not even close to the monthly allowed.
