Our JotForm "Payment Record" has an error when we submit the form, please check the attached screenshot for the error message.
To submit the forms, we had to remove the setting of autoresponse email.
We have set the autoresponse for a long time and the error just occur suddenly. And actually, we need this function for sometimes.
Here is the problem: Will the error occurs if we add back the setting and submit the form without filling "email"?? Please let me know ASAP as it affects our daily operation.

Yesterday, we had a minor glitch regarding emails which was immediately fixed. On your form's case, I tried copy it and added an autoresponder email alert setting, but I was not able to encounter any problems. So I suppose that this means that the problem no longer exist.
But to ensure, can you tell us more details about your autoresponder email alert setting such as does it have a condition, so we can try to build a sample and see if the problem still happens?
