Understanding Form Collaboration

    Hi there

    I refer to the following URL.

    I got the path of 1 and 2. However, I could not find a guest icon.

    I am afraid my path must have been wrong.

    Please guide me the right path.

    It worked fine when testing my forms.

    Perhaps your collab URL is not working anymore?

    Can you please try to create a new collab URL and share it with us so we can check it here?

    Based on your advice, I have created the new collab URL as Draft

    For my reference, I copied into my Google account.

    Original one as Chrome

    The user icons displayed on the Chrome browser are the collaborator user on Edge, Add collaborator/get collaboration link, your account profile logo in the order left to right.

    The logos displayed in the Edge are the form owner and the guest collaborator in the order left to right.

    The reason is why I had used the same browser, right.

    Yes. When the same browser is used, since you are logged into your JotForm account the collaboration URL will not work as a collaborator.

    Does it happen to anytime?

    This might happen when the token issued for the form is expired or any typos in the URL.
